EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You have 14 days to return the purchased products.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we will only accept the return of cosmetic products whose packaging or protective film has not been opened or tampered with. The product must be in perfect condition, accompanied by its original packaging (box, warranty seal, package leaflet, etc.). If these conditions do not exist, the return request will not be accepted.

1. Prepare your product for return as carefully as possible to protect it during transport. We recommend that you use the same box in which you received your order.
