MELATON is a food supplement based on plant extracts and Melatonin. The plant extracts of Passionflower, Verbena and Valerian promote relaxation. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time needed to fall asleep (this effect is obtained by taking 1 mg just before bedtime).

HOW TO USE: it is recommended to take 1 tablet a day in the evening just before bedtime.
WARNINGS: supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle; keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the indicated intake quantities. Do not take the product in case of presumed or ascertained hypersensitivity to one or more of its components. Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Ingredients
Passionflower: reduces restlessness and counteracts the associated insomnia. Thanks to the compounds present in the plant (flavonoids and alkaloids), passionflower is able to stimulate a physiological sleep without awakening at night or a sense of morning numbness, even if the exact mechanism by which this occurs has not yet been fully clarified.
Verbena: known for its anxiolytic, calming and anti-stress properties. It is able to act as a natural sedative on the nervous system and is recommended in case of severe stress, for those suffering from anxiety and panic attacks.
Valerian: due to the presence of valerenic acid, valerian has sedative and relaxing properties and its administration over time can help reduce symptoms related to anxiety and agitation and improve the time and duration of sleep.
Melatonin: is a substance naturally present in our body and produced by the epiphysis, a gland located in the brain. It is essential for the regularization of the sleep-wake cycle and for the natural relaxation of the synapses, essential for falling asleep.

• First week: FORMULA DETOX 50 ml diluted in 500 ml of water and take
during the day.
• second week: FORMULA DETOX 20 ml diluted in 500 ml of water and take during the day + FORMULA PLUS KERATIN 1 tablet per day.
• third week: FORMULA PLUS KERATIN 1 tablet per day when the tablets are used up.
